- Week 1: Learn four-seam grip, basic throwing, catching, hitting.
- Week 2: Improve throwing, fielding, catching below waist, batting stance.
- Week 3: Throw from knee, field with two hands.
- Week 4: Run bases, catch above waist, hit from coach toss.
- Week 5: Catch fly balls, separate hands while throwing.
- Week 6: Run from home to second, soft toss hitting.
- Week 7: Field laterally, run bases smartly using cues.
- Week 8: Catch tennis balls, simulated game fundamentals.
- Week 9: Relay throws from outfield, field grounders on knees.
- Week 10: Cross-step for fly balls, learn long toss.
