How is Rally Cap Different
- 1 field
- 3 teams
- 3-5 coaches and helpers per team
- 4-6 years olds
- 6-8 players per team

What does a Rally Cap Session Look Like
Rally Cap sessions are big on fun and on flow. Players learn several positions per half inning, take their turn to hit and run the bases and then participate in a team practice session where they can work on all the fundamental baseball skills.

Session Plan
The schedule is predetermined and teams can either separate or combined warm-ups. A typical 90 minute session looks like:
10AM - Warm-up
10:10AM - Game: Team A vs Team B - Team C skills
10:35AM - Game: Team A vs Team C - Team B skills
11AM - Game Team B vs Team C - Team A skills
11:30AM - Team cheer and session ends
