Welcome to our new Board Members
2024-02-09Orleans Little League add Eric Robichaud and Adam Morissette to the Board
Recently, Orleans Little League added 2 new members to our Board of Directors.
Eric Robichaud will be joining the Board as our Manager of Player and Coach Development. This fulfills a role that has been unfilled for the last few years. Eric played with OLLB from TBall to Senior, then continued to play competitively for various travel teams around Ottawa eventually finishing he "career" playing University baseball for St. Mary's in Halifax. He now plays with the NCBL, Ottawa's only adult amateur baseball league. Eric has coached since 2012, with his focus from 2016 onwards being an Orleans coach. He also is a provincially certified coach with NCCP.
Adam Morissette will be joining the Board in the capacity of Special Advisor to the Board. Adam is engaged in helping OLLB grow and become even more of a great program. Adam played his Little League with Orleans and was a member teams that competed in five Provincial Championships. For the last 14 years Adam has worked at Baseball Canadian with their Media/PR department, along with Grassroots programming and Director of Operations with the Women's National Team program. Adam has a lot of great ideas about how we can improve OLLB's presence in the community as well as how we can help develop our young players and our coaches.
